An Important Update About Covid-19

Dear Valued Guest,

First and foremost, we hope to find you and your families safe and in good health!  Our New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Showrooms are NOW OPEN by Appointment only.  Our sales team is available by appointment, Monday to Saturday from 9am until 5pm to assist with a purchase, lease renewal, lease buyout, or answer any additional sales questions you may have.  Please email sales@lexusofoakville.ca or call 905.847.8400 to book an appointment prior to visiting our dealership.

As per our previous communication, we announced that we have reopened our Service, Parts, and Detail Departments with reduced hours, but we wanted to outline the important details and changes for your next visit.

  1. Service, Parts, and Detail Departments will be open from 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
  2. We have added additional space between our appointments to allow for social distancing. Please book your appointment at https://www.lexusofoakville.ca/service/appointment/ or call 905.847.8400 and book directly.
  3. Parts purchases will be arranged for curbside pickup.

Additional Measures to our COVID-19 action plan:

We are proud to introduce our new online check-in, which you will receive in a separate email.  Please click on the link as it allows you to check in your vehicle 24 hours in advance and follow the rest of the instructions.

  1. To practice social distancing, unfortunately there will be no guest access inside our dealership, such as washrooms, barista, or lounge areas.
  2. During this time, we ask that you provide alternate transportation to and from Lexus of Oakville. Our shuttle service has been temporarily cancelled again, due to the need for social distancing.
  3. As you drive onto the property, please proceed straight to the service overhead door, where a team member will meet you outside and direct you.
  4. Please remain in your vehicle.
  5. A team member will approach you from your passenger side window and ask for your name and telephone number, etc.
  6. The team member will then give your information to a Service Advisor and the Advisor will call you, while you are sitting in your vehicle to confirm your check-in details.
  7. Please leave your vehicle key fob (no other keys) in the coffee cup holder. If your vehicle has a key, please leave in the ignition. We will do a partial sanitize of your vehicle before we move it into the service drive through, where we will complete the sanitization.
  8. You may then proceed to your alternate form of transportation.
  9. If there is any additional work that requires authorization, the Advisor will call you with that information.
  10. When your vehicle is ready, we will call you to review what has been done and answer any questions you may have. We will also arrange a mutually agreeable time that you can come and pick up your vehicle.
  11. We will then confirm your authorization for the final amount of the credit card charges, which we will take over the phone.
  12. Upon arrival, you will contact the dealership to let us know that you are here.  Someone will then come out with your keys and final invoice and leave them in your vehicle after it has been sanitized again.

We understand that these precautions are new and different to what we have all been accustomed to, but the safety of Guests and Team Members are our highest concern with this new normal.
